HEALTHeCAREERS Network and MedHunters have launched video tutorials to engage jobseekers in Network websites and extend your reach to ideal candidates.

The first web tutorial describes the process of building and formatting an online résumé. Other videos will be released over the next few weeks to inform jobseekers of efficient ways to search for positions and sign up for Job Alert emails.

More tutorials are planned, including one to introduce interactive online features that will be part of an upcoming MedHunters redesign. All videos will be posted on Network websites.

The first jobseeker tutorial generated about 800 new résumé uploads to Network sites only two days after the video was emailed to jobseekers, increasing your opportunities to locate the right candidates.

The tutorials are designed to offer you increased candidate volume, complementing other recruitment solutions through HEALTHeCAREERS and MedHunters.

A new employer tutorial also walks companies through creating a Network account, posting a position, and personalizing a job description.

Each tutorial depicts directional arrows, realistic examples and screen shots of HEALTHeCAREERS Network websites, including MedHunters. The videos offer a crisp visual for employers and jobseekers.
