Mayo Clinic in Arizona is accepting applications for a full-time Associate Consultant- Research position in the Division of Cardiovascular Diseases at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
The successful candidate will have research experience in the area of cardiac mitochondrial physiology, cardioprotection and mitochondrial calcium and potassium regulation, and experience teaching and/or mentoring junior faculty. The candidate must have a doctoral degree, and credentials that include national/international recognition in the field and a track record of peer-reviewed publications and grant funding. Candidate must have computational experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.A competitive salary and benefits package, including relocation assistance is provided. This position will develop close working collaborations with clinicians dealing with contemporary medical questions.
