Associates Degree2 Years or more experience required Please note: This position will not be filled until February 2010 JOB TITLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESRepairs medical equipment to appropriate specificationsProperly documents all work performed on medical equipment.Performs periodic maintenance as part of the Bio-Med PM program.Uses technical knowledge to assist end users with proper operation and care of medical devices. (When Needed) Investigates medical equipment occurrences in a manner consistent with FDA and/or State of Colorado regulations. Uses scientific methods and good investigative techniques to determine root cause of occurrences.Demonstrates versatility by using all skills to benefit organizational operation. Works with other individuals and work groups to solve hospital technical problems.Interacts with clinical staff to assure satisfactory resolution of services calls. Handles service calls in a timely manner.
