You pay a portion of these costs on a pre-tax basis through convenient payroll deductions. And, if you are a full-time employee at a certain income level, you may be eligible for a benefit credit that will be automatically added to your bi-weekly paycheck. You are eligible for health and well-being benefits on the first day of the month following your first day of employment.
