Referral Incentive Program (TRIP) is an innovative

Program (EAP) – We recognize that personal

attitude and productivity. The EAP is provided
to assist you and your family in resolving personal
problems. The goal of this program is to help
you evaluate your concerns and provide some initial
counseling and help in the early stages of a
problem before there is an adverse impact on
your job. Initial counseling is provided at no
cost, up to three visits per year. Bright
Ideas Program: Employees are encouraged to submit
their recommendations for ideas they may have
that would improve our health system. Ideas are
reviewed once per year. Monetary awards go to
