In addition, Memorial Health System treats everyone - regardless of ability to pay. 100 percent of the revenue generated by Memorial Health System is reinvested in health care services for the community.

Employee Recognition Programs: Through the ACE award program, employees can be recommend by coworkers or patients (or their family members) for recognition related to extraordinary customer service. The employee recognized may choose from five categories of awards.

Talent Referral Incentive Program (TRIP) is an innovative employee referral program to encourage recruitment of qualified employees for “difficult to fill” positions.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – We recognize that personal concerns can and do have an effect on morale, attitude and productivity. The EAP is provided to assist you and your family in resolving personal problems. The goal of this program is to help you evaluate your concerns and provide some initial counseling and help in the early stages of a problem before there is an adverse impact on your job. Initial counseling is provided at no cost, up to three visits per year.

Bright Ideas Program: Employees are encouraged to submit their recommendations for ideas they may have that would improve our health system. Ideas are reviewed once per year. Monetary awards go to our top winners!
