For employees working at least 24 hours a week, MultiCare pays 100% of employee medical premiums plus over half of spouse and dependent premiums. Two medical insurance plans are available, both with vision and prescription coverage. We also offer dental insurance, life insurance, FSA and health savings accounts. Part-time employees are eligible to receive a 15% premium on their base pay rate in lieu of benefits. On-call employees automatically receive this 15% premium and do not receive employee benefits.

MultiCare's paid time off program is among the most generous you'll find anywhere. You begin accruing paid time off immediately at an annual rate of at least two weeks vacation time per year (more for exempt positions), 7 holidays, 2 personal days and time for personal injury or illness. Other benefits include a retirement savings account, tuition assistance, wellness benefits, on-site daycare (with employee discount) and much more.
