Visiting Nurse Services of MI (VNSM) is a subsidiary of Mclaren Health Care. As a home care provider, our services include administration of medications, monitoring and treatment of wounds, nursing assessments and intravenous nutrition/therapy. We also offer in-home specialty services for those who need, skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work, nutritional counseling and personal hygiene assistance. In addition, VNSM provides residential hospice services, palliative care, lifeline personal response systems, medical supplies, and health and wellness services for the workplace (Workforce Health Solutions).
