founded by Rocky Hanak, RN, BSN. Rocky has over 15
years in healthcare recruitment and over 30 years
as a registered nurse.
He has led the healthcare
recruitment efforts for two large hospitals in the
U.S., one being The University of Texas Medical Branch
in Galveston, TX, the second in being HR Director
of Recruitment for The Methodist Hospital System
in Houston, Texas.
He is also the former President
of TACHR (Texas Association of Health Care Recruiters)
and former President and co-founder of Hanak Medical
Staffing Specialists in Austin, Texas.
HCRS
is a search firm that specializes in the permanent
placement of healthcare professionals, along with
Agency/Per Diem positions. We work with the placements
of VP's, Directors, Managers, Nurse Practitioners,
Physician Assistants, staff level nurses and Allied
Health Professionals.
