Just wanted to write you a letter to thank
you for our phenomenal success with our MedHunters.com
advertising campaign. We took out a 6 month
ad on the website for Physicians, Nurses
and Paramedics for multiple cities worldwide.
I was having very poor responses to my approach
of placing ads in the local papers of the
cities I was targeting. Not to mention it
was very expensive to do it that way. My
typical ad expense was running about $600
USD per weekend per city. After 3 cities,
and poor response I had to have an alternative.
Fortunately I came across MedHunters.com
and was impressed with the complex details
on the sites I was browsing through. I thought

3 or 4 resumes for each of the cities we
had listed, however, I was unprepared for
what was about to occur.
Within HOURS after the posting went "live"
I started getting medical professionals inquiring
about the positions and sending their resumes.
Within the week I was sometimes getting 30-40
resumes per day from around the world and
spent many hours combing through them for
ones that would actually prove to be useful.
As you can imagine I could not let my mailbox
go for more than 1 day without cleaning out
the resumes we were inundated with.
From the time that the website was active
until its close last month (and I'm STILL
getting resumes somehow) I have hired about
20 staff members in 3 international cities
and still have 18 more cities to go! I have
estimated that I have received approximately
2500 – 3000 inquiries and resumes which
resulted in about 600 useable resumes. I
have all 600 resumes on my desk and have
been in email contact with ALL of them to
prepare them for my arrival in their respective
cities for interviews. I have a very busy
year ahead of me!
As you might imagine, I will not be needing
to take out another ad for quite some time
unless our mission changes or we add additional
cities to our list. Thank you very much for
