At present, the PUSD substitute teacher’s roster is very large, consequently; effective, Thursday, 9 October 2008, all previously scheduled Wednesday morning Substitute Orientation meetings are suspended until Wednesday, January 7, 2009. Lower your Arizona tax bill.
Take advantage of the opportunity to support the Peoria Unified
School District while cutting your taxes. Arizona tax law (ARS 43-1089.01) now
allows taxpayers a TAX CREDIT* of up to $400 per household if they contribute to
extracurricular activities in public schools. The $400 maximum state tax credit
is available for taxpayers who are married and filing jointly. For single
taxpayers or heads of household, the state tax credit cannot exceed $200.
