Dodge Riverside Golf Club and Westwood Golf Course

Council Bluffs has two unique municipal golf courses. Dodge Riverside Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course. Nearby Westwood Golf Course is a 9-hole par 3. Both have year-round access (weather permitting) and programs for both new and experienced golfers.

Location is just one of Dodge Riverside Golf Club's many assets. Located just off Interstate 29 (exit 53a) and directly across the street from Harrah's Casino Hotel, you'll enjoy the beauty of the golf course as well as the Missouri River and downtown Omaha landscape.

Established in 1927, Dodge is one of the oldest courses in the metro area. A major renovation project in 1996 has complemented the course's mature tree-lined fairways with some of the best greens in the area. A new irrigation and drainage system assures players that the course will be in good condition no matter what time during the golf season it is. Playing at only about 6400 yards from the back tees, Dodge will give golfers of any skill level a challenge. In 2008 Dodge Riverside Golf Club was named to the Golf Digest list of best places to play.

Inside the Clubhouse is the Dodge Riverside Pro Shop. With a wide selection of equipment and apparel it is considered one of the best in the metro. The Clubhouse is also the location of the Riverside Grille. The Riverside Grille is a full-service restaurant and bar, with unparalleled views of the Missouri River and downtown Omaha. With plentiful indoor seating, patio seating, and a private dining room, the Grille is can accomodate every need, from family brunch to after-golf snack to wedding receptions. Just a 1/2 mile south of the new Bob Kerry pedestrian bridge, the Riverside Grille is also a great stopover for those who utilize the bike and walking trail that is located just alongside the facility.

Westwood Golf Course

Established in 1964, Westwood Golf Course is located directly across from its sister course, Dodge Riverside Goilf Club. Westwood offers fun for the whole family!

With mature trees, and yardages that range from 95 to 167 yards, it's a great place to work on your short game or give someone their first golf experience.

Green fees must be paid prior to play at the Dodge Riverside clubhouse located just down the road from Westwood G.C. The fee to golf the Par 3 Course is $5.00. Leagues and tournaments are always welcome.
