is important for Yakima Transit staff to know how our service
and programs work for our passengers. If you have any comments
our suggestions about how we may serve you better, we'd love
to hear from you! Take a few minutes to fill out a Let Us
Know brochure available on all buses and postage-paid. Your
input helps us provide the bus service you need!

Just tell them where you are, where you want to go and when
you want to arrive. They'll give you the information you need
to reach your destination.
Join the Citizens' Transit Advisory
Committee A quarterly open discussion meeting with
our service users and area residents. The time and place of
these meetings are posted on our buses.
Lost and found Call the information
office at (509) 575-6175 Monday thru Friday and be ready to
tell us the route name and number and the date and time you
were riding. Any items found will be kept at the Dispatch
Office located at the Public Works building. Articles are
kept for one week and then donated to a local charity. Yakima
Transit is not responsible for any lost personal property.
