Gigi Milner, kindergarten teacher at Fulton Independent School K-6, was recognized for having been chosen as Teacher of the Year by Wal-Mart. Fulton Independent School received $1,000, and Ms. Milner received a $100 gift card to use for learning materials for her classroom. Congratulations Miss Gigi!  We are proud of you!
