Program Operational Directors and Program Medical Directors share accountability for the nine clinical programs across Kingston’s acute care hospitals - Hotel Dieu Hospital and Kingston General Hospital.

The goal of the integrated program model is to create a single, continuous patient service system. This model allows our hospitals to enhance the delivery of patient care by helping us to work more closely together in making the best use of resources, expertise and infrastructure. As a result, we can provide the very best patient care, teaching and research.
