The Hamlet of Cambridge Bay is located on the South coast of Victoria Island , 69°07' N, 105°03'W (see map), and is the largest community in the Kitikmeot Region. Also known as "Ikaluktutiak", which m eans "Good fishing place", it has an estimated population of 1,351.
