Starting October 24, 2008, People with Disabilities that are enrolled in the Illinois Circuit Breaker Program are eligible for free rides on any buses or trains that run on fixed routes Statewide.
Individuals will need to complete an application at MetroLINK's Centre Station located at 1200 River Drive in Moline, Illinois, Monday - Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Applicants will need a valid photo ID (example: a valid State of Illinois Driver's License, State of Illinois Identification Card or a valid government issue picture ID) and the post card from the Illinois Department on Aging.

QUAD-CITIES – MetroLINK, the mass transit system for the Illinois Quad Cities, has rebranded as simply Metro and is rolling out major new changes to encourage more Quad-Citians to go green by using the Metro. These changes will include a new slogan, plus a new logo, bus stop signs, graphics for the buses, and an informative Internet microsite.
