Graduate Business Students Participate in Poverty Simulation
McColl School of Business students will participate in a poverty simulation Dec. 13. The experience will help the graduate students understand what families living at or below the poverty level experience in daily life, and dispel the common myths associated with poverty. The simulation will challenge the students to try to budget for food and other basic expenses, handle unexpected emergencies, access local support services, and keep children in school.
