Wall Street Journal “Bullish” On Skyline Middle School The “bible of the financial world”, The Wall Street Journal, took notice recently of how well Skyline Middle School has done in the national Stock Market Game. Last week, reporter Jennifer Levitz, contacted administrators at the headquarters of The Stock Market Game™ (SMG) in New York City and asked how students’ stock portfolios throughout the country are doing during this current Fall 2008 competition. Red Clay to work early on behavior Elementary school students who lack social skills to get along in class often are pushed ahead from grade to grade despite their problems, because schools don't have alternative settings for children at that age. If they haven't straightened themselves out by middle or high school, many of these disruptive children are sent belatedly to an alternative school to deal with their bad behavior.
