Master Sgt. Anthony Davis, 43, died Nov. 25 in Baaj, Iraq, after he was shot by an Iraqi Security Force soldier while conducting a dismounted humanitarian food drop.

The Garrison Commander has approved an amendment to the Fort Riley Regulation 190-5 (Motor Vehicle Traffic Supervision and Installation Traffic Control) which will suspend the installation driving privileges of repeat offenders.
