HOURS PER PAY PERIOD: 80

LOCATION: CHANDLER, AZ

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1. ADN or Diploma required: BSN preferred
2. Five (5) years recent clinical experience in ICU with 2 years recent charge experience required
3. Must be open heart and IABP certified
4. Strong ICU skills required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Membership in national organization beneficial.
5. Previous experience with personal computer, Microsoft Word and Excel programs preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

1. Current AZ RN
2. CCRN preferred
3. Current ACLS Provider Card
4. Current BLS Provider Card
