Twin Cities Rural Health Clinic is affiliated with ST. EDWARD MERCY HEALTH CENTER, a general acute-care 343-bed hospital which serves a population of over 430,000. St. Edward unveiled its $70 million "Centers of Excellence" in July of 2002 with facilities for the treatment of heart disease; women and children; and outpatient procedures. The new complex includes a 55,488 square-foot St. Edward Mercy Heart Center offering comprehensive heart services and the 77,997 square-foot St. Edward Outpatient Center offering surgical treatment without overnight stay.

Located on the Sebastian/Scott county line, Mansfield offers a thriving business community, an exceptional school system, a variety of churches representing most denominations, and, above all, a friendly small town atmosphere.
