Practice along Florida's Coastline, in an
Academic Setting - Caring for those who serve
Pensacola,
FL - Opportunity for Board Certified Family Physician
in a Naval Hospital with its own Family Practice Residency
Program, serving military members and their families
as a civilian physician.
You will work a regular
40-hour week, alongside 14 Active Duty Navy healthcare
practitioners assigned to the Family Practice Clinic.
You will accrue 10 hours of paid time off (PTO) for
each 80 hours worked, amounting to over 32 days PTO
per year plus 10 federal holidays paid. You should
be BC and hold current BLS certification. You'll be
practicing at Pensacola Naval Hospital -

- a modern healthcare facility with multiple clinics
and medical services situated on Florida's northwest
gulf coast.
You'll see a diverse mix of patients
and work as an independent contractor with malpractice
paid by the government. Enjoy a very competitive compensation
structure of $164K per Annam plus generous PTO and
malpractice paid for by the Navy. All this while living
in a coastal area with a low cost of living and no
state income tax.
