Description: Clinical Manager, ICU
Provide management and oversee delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Intensive Care Unit dept. Direct responsibility for managing employee performance to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operation. Work collaboratively with Section Chair to achieve department and unit strategic goals.

Education/Learning Experience
- Required: Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
- Desired: Field of study related to clinical specialty.

Work Experience
- Required: 5+ yrs. clinical or equiv. healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills.
- Desired: Management experience; 3+ yrs. ICU experience.

Skills/Knowledge
- Required: Ability to adapt to changing work needs and demonstrate effective customer service to internal and external customers; ability to manage employee performance, patient care delivery and fiscal performance; demonstrated ability in building collaborative relationships, coaching and mentoring others, and building effective networks; acquires and applies knowledge and utilizes systems thinking and innovation to impact operations; computer skills.
- Desired: Knowledge related to clinical specialty.

Licenses/Certifications
