FACILITY INFORMATION

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. ADN or BSN Degree/Diploma RN required
2. Three (3) years recent clinical experience and previous experience in quality improvement principles, processes, and JCAHO knowledge.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Interpersonal skills a must.
4. Able to work independently without supervision.
5. Previous teaching in computer skills preferred.
6. Basic word processing, spreadsheet, database knowledge preferred.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
1. AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State
2. CPHQ preferred
