POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1. ADN, Diploma, BSN or foreign equivalent
2. One (1) year experience in Ambulatory Surgery or PACU Phase I preferred
3. Knowledge of surgical procedures, critical care (surgical) background, pediatric experience helpful
4. Previous experience with personal computers preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

1. Current AZ State RN License in good standing
2. Current BLS healthcare provider card
3. Current ACLS card to be obtained within 6 months of hire
4. Current PALS card to be obtained within 6 months of hire
