ST. EDWARD MERCY HEALTH NETWORK, located in Fort Smith, Arkansas, is recruiting a Physician to rotate schedules to serve 3 of their satellite facilities. Physicians will provide coverage from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Thursday and see on average 7 patients per shift. This full time permanent opportunity offers a generous annual salary of $156,000 plus comprehensive benefits package. Hospitals include: Mercy Hospital of Scott County, Mercy Turner Memorial Hospital, and North Logan Mercy Hospital. The hospitals are located about 30 minutes apart and 30 minutes from the main medical campus, St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith which is a 343 bed acute care hospital. Shift coverage is limited to one hospital during any one shift. Mercy Hospital of Scott County, in Waldron, Arkansas, is a 24 bed facility servicing a population of over 10,000 with an annual ER volume of about 4,671. Mercy Hospital - Turner Memorial Hospital, is a 25 bed facility servicing a population of over 10,000 in Ozark, Arkansas, with an annual ER volume of about 5,541. North Logan Mercy Hospital located in Paris, Arkansas is a 16 bed facility servicing a population of about 7,000 has an annual ER volume of 2,455. Located in the Ouachita Mountain area of Western Arkansas, the cities of Waldron, Ozark and Paris allow you to experience the best nature has to offer while enjoying a friendly historic town atmosphere. Rising from the Ozark National Forest at 2,753 feet above sea level, the natural beauty that surrounds this area include many lakes such as Lake Hinkle and Lake Ouachita and dozens of smaller lakes tucked quietly away among the beautiful landscape.
