Salary Range: $29.33 to $38.50 per hour as per UNA Collective Agreement

Responsibilities:
As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients on a busy 32 bed general surgery, gynecological surgery, and short stay orthopedic surgical unit. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent assessment, organizational, and patient care skills have the ability to communicate findings in a concise and accurate manner and possess strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Qualifications:
-Current registration from the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (C.A.R.N.A.) required.
-Two (2) years active surgical nursing experience preferred.
-Current Heart & Stroke Foundation B.L.S. Certification (Level C - Health Care Provider) is required.
