Reports to the Director of the Parke Wellness Center and responsible for:
-Administering treatments and physical agents in an effort to restore and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. These treatments include:
• Evaluation
• Examination
• Diagnosis
• Prognosis
• Intervention
• Outcomes as outlined by the APTA and the Guide to P.T. Practice
Will maintain performance improvement activities with the department and participate in CQI activities. They will coordinate, delegate and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff.
