PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
• This expanding program (we are seeking an 8th Hospitalist) was the subject of a national journal featuring a successful turnaround of troubled programs. Your new colleagues represent a major component in that resounding success story
• You will joining a program based upon creating a sustainable model featuring a manageable # of patient encounters (i.e., 7 AM census of 12 - 15 patients)
