In this position, you would be responsible for mentoring and supervising the Cardiothoracic Surgical Service staff.

You will collaborate with senior management and surgeons to ensure a high standard of surgical patient care, effective fiscal operations and exemplify our approach to healthcare delivery.

You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current OH RN licensure (or eligible) as well as a minimum of four years of surgical nursing experience, preferably Cardiothoracic; two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
