Fairview Northland Medical Center in Princeton, Minnesota, just 57 miles northwest of Minneapolis, seeks a physician to join us in emergency medicine with some medical director responsibilities.

- Emergency medicine role: Spend 75 percent of your time providing direct patient care. Work 12 12-hour shifts per month in our new, state-of-the-art Emergency Department and see an average of 1.5 patients per hour.

- Medical director role: Spend 25 percent of your time conducting physician performance reviews, chairing department committee, performing PEER review, directing trauma services, reviewing quality and executing other leadership duties.
