Physician assistants in the U.S. Air Force provide medical care in a variety of situations. Although employed primarily in family practice, Air Force PAs can specialize in areas such as orthopedics and emergency medicine. Additionally, you can have the opportunity to use your clinical and leadership skills in a broad range of missions such as humanitarian aid, special operations or being part of an international team rebuilding a war-torn nation.
