Description:
Miramichi Regional Health Authority has a
part time Medical Sonography Technologist position
to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures and related
technical procedures.
The successful candidate will assist in coordinating ultrasound procedures with other diagnostic imaging procedures. Qualifications: • Must be a member of
the Canadian Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
bullet • Registered with ARDMS
and/or CARDUP.
bullet • Maintain registry status
by obtaining the required thirty hours CME credits
every three years.
bullet • Demonstrate strong
organizational skills.
bullet • Demonstrate effective
communication skills.
bullet • Ability to work under
pressure in emergency situations.
bullet • Assess patient capabilities
and limitations and adjust techniques as necessary.
bullet • Good previous work
