Minimum of two years of recent experience in short and long term tissue culture, slide preparation, cytogenetic staining techniques, microscopy and automated karyotyping, karyotyping preparation, ability to produce accurate karyotypes and analyses in a timely manner. Knowledge of ISCN 2005 Cytogenetic Nomenclature. Must have excellent interpersonal teamwork skills.

Educational Requirements: Baccalaureate degree in a clinical laboratory science, medical technology or related science required. Current NCA certification in cytogenetics.

Experience: Experience in fish assays helpful
