Description: The Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region invites qualified candidates to submit application for Permanent Full Time Pathology Technician employment opportunities.
The Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region Laboratory Services provides an innovative and collaborative working environment. The Histopathology department provides diagnostic surgical and autopsy service to both Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region and rural physicians.

Pathology Technician
The main duties include performing gross description of non-complex surgical specimens and assisting pathologists with autopsies. Qualified Pathology Technician applicants will have demonstrated work experience of at least twelve months related experience in a health care or mortuary environment. Completion of Grade 12 including Biology 30 plus post-secondary Anatomy and Physiology classes, and a Medical Terminology certificate is required.
