Description: Chief Financial Officer position in Arizona
Position
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for 70 FTEs with the help of nine direct reports. Administrative oversight of finance, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, medical records, HIM, business office, and payroll. Qualified candidates will be technologically savvy, even keeled, and team oriented with excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills. A bachelor's degree is required, along with at least five years of progressive healthcare accounting experience.

Organization
This critical access, community based, not-for-profit, acute-care hospital is the sole community provider. The hospital is managed by Brim Healthcare, who provides contract or equity solutions to 38 community hospitals in 15 states. Services include general medical, surgical care, intensive care, emergency, radiology, ob-gyn, physical therapy, air ambulance, food and nutrition, pharmacy, laboratory, and several rural health clinics.
