Description: Take the next step in your career and become the Director of a New Internal Medicine Residency Program!
- You will lead a new community based ACGME and AOA Internal Medicine Residency Program - 2010 Launch Date
- You'll have GUARANTEED Protected Time to develop and guide the residency program; the balance serving as Hospitalist or ambulatory IM physician
- You'll use your leadership skills to assemble the faculty
- Your skills leadership skills will result in the development of outstanding Internists to meet tomorrow's patient needs
- You will enjoy total support from the hospital and medical school
- You will participate in medical education and/or research
- You will collaborate with an established team of internists and subspecialties
- You'll work at a large medical center with 3 sites of service including:
- The state's top Heart hospital
- Superb transplant and other surgical services
- Outstanding Cancer Center
- Requirements of this position include Board Certification and 5 years experience as an active faculty member in an ACGME or equivalent IM residency program
