This two hospital merger has a combined volume of 75,000. . Coverage is 60+ physician hours as well as 40 hours of mid level coverage daily. The fast track is staffed by PAs and sees about 30% of the volume. Earn $125/hr plus benefits. You get a productivity bonus that kicks in yr 2 (up to 10% of base) then yr three it increases (up to 15%).
