The Great Falls Clinic is currently accepting applications for a full time Physician Assistant interested in relocating to and working in Choteau, Montana. Our Choteau Clinic is attached to the Teton County Medical Center, a 12-bed hospital with 24-hr/7 day ER facility. Facility also includes a 34 bed SNF/NF. In addition to Teton Medical Center, the Teton County Nursing Home has a 40-bed SNF/NF. This PA opportunity includes work in our outpatient clinic, Monday - Friday, hospital and nursing home rounds. In addition, PA coverage is needed to cover a 4 half-day/week schedule in our Fairfield Clinic located nearby. On-call duties will be shared with 2 other providers and includes a Saturday outpatient clinic in Choteau and 1-2 weekdays. Current MT Licensure required. ACLS certification required. ATLS/PALS preferred. Previous ER experience helpful. Choteau is designated as medically underserved with a HPSA score of 14. Loan repayment available.
