strong communicator and leader, you have what it takes
to provide clinical and administrative support for
the Ambulatory Care Unit within the Systemic Therapy
Program. With an eye to optimizing patient care, you
will work towards standardizing and improving care
through information sharing, communication, knowledge
maintenance and participating in relevant committees.
You will be expected to balance availability and the
unique skills and abilities of team members with the
complexity of care to be delivered to ensure the delivery
of optimum patient care. This mandate will see you
adjust work assignments, communicate and assess changes,
determine care priorities, and support individual learning
plans as necessary to reach your objectives. You will
also be called upon to provide input in to the budget
process to accommodate necessary changes within the
department, as well as assist in the selection and
appraisal of staff. Your proven track record of implementing
nursing process, communicating effectively, facilitating
problem-solving, and leading and building a cohesive
team will set you apart as the ideal candidate for
this role. A graduate of an accredited school of nursing,
you have added to your credentials a bachelor's degree
in nursing, and 2 years of recent related clinical
nursing experience, including teaching, staff development
and leadership responsibilities. Registration with
the CRNBC and current CPR (level C) certification round
out your impressive profile.
