Capital Health is recruiting a number of key positions to develop, implement and support the Collaborative project. Reporting to the Provincial Project Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing for managing and facilitating the database analysis and reporting processes for the Alberta Cardiac Access Collaborative project. This position provides support to the evaluation project team through database management, statistical analysis and information reporting. The Analyst provides the technical expertise required to ensure that data is timely, accurate, valid, and meaningful. The position requires excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and organization skills. Minimum Requirements: • Completion of a university degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, or other related discipline. • Experience in large data statistical analysis for research and program evaluation purposes is essential. • Experience in a health service setting is preferred. • Proficiency in SAS or statistical software and database management. • Knowledge of Alberta health care service administrative data. • Equivalencies considered.
