Description: Registered Nurse-PCU
Shift- 36hr 7p-7a
Current RN license in New York State. Current critical care experience pre­ferred or a minimum of three years med-surg experience recommended. Current BLS certification and IV certification required. Must success­fully complete dysrhythmia course or exempt exam Prerequisite- coronary are course pass or successfully challenge and be defibrillation certified within six months. ACLS certification required. PALS certification preferred. Good interpersonal communication and public relation skills. Visual and auditory acuity with or without adaptive devices. Stressful environment. Must demonstrate knowledge of and understanding of the growth and development of infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Must demonstrate effective communication and the ability to provide nursing care to these age groups. EOE
