Job Details: Psychiatric Supervisor

Description: Remuda Ranch provides individualized, intensive inpatient programs for women and girls suffering from eating disorders and related issues. Peaceful, healing environment, shift differential, excellent benefits, and low-staff patient ratio.
The Psychiatric Supervisor shall work closely with the Director of Medical Services. The Psychiatric Supervisor shall have a Medical/ or Osteopathic License. The Psychiatric Supervisor shall directly supervise the Psychiatrists and the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Lead.

The Psychiatric Supervisor shall be responsible for, attending leadership team meetings, attending patient staffings and involved in personnel issues at the direction of the Director of Medical Services. The Psychiatric Supervisor shall provide direct patient care and participate in the regular psychiatric provider on call schedule.
