Description: Gastroenterologists! No call, No nights, No weekends!
Join an established practice with three experienced BC/BE Gastroenterologist, an NP and a PA in a 100% GI ambulatory surgery/outpatient clinic practice. No call, No nights, No weekends!

The practice mix is 50% procedures, 50% clinic and includes a modern surgery center with GI blocked procedure time Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. Patient visits in the clinic are 20 patients/day and procedure volume is 20 per day. Cases are staffed in our outpatient surgery center just steps from the office. The center has full time Anesthesiologist coverage with CRNAs, Surgical technologists and RNs staffing each case. We offer modern facilities and equipment including Olympus scopes and video systems. The majority of the procedures are Colonoscopy and EGDs. The patient mix is health plan patients. Interest/acumen in hepatology a plus, but not required.

Starting compensation for new graduates is $300,000 and up to $350,000 for experienced candidates plus bonus. A quarterly bonus system rewards patient satisfaction, teamwork, quality peer review and productivity. The comprehensive benefit package includes paid malpractice insurance, 3-5 weeks vacation, 8 paid holidays, 5 days CME, $3000 CME allowance, matching 401k, plus excellent medical, dental, short term, long term disability insurance coverage.

This is an employed practice position with Southwest Medical Associates, Nevada's largest multispecialty group.
