clinic to develop and grow the sleep services service
line.
The Position • The Director of Sleep
Services is a new position that will have overall
direction for two locations with 11 sleep medicine
beds
• Will be responsible
for developing a strategic marketing plan, policies
and procedures, as well as acquiring accreditation
by AASM
• Reports to the Chief
Operating Officer
• Qualified candidates
will have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of
five years of sleep center leadership experience,
as well as a certified respiratory therapist
• Seeking an entrepreneurial
individual with the ability to multi-task, as well
as develop and grow the sleep center
• Strong experience in
marketing and physician relationships preferred

The Organization • The Iowa Clinic, a
physician-owned multi-specialty group with more
than 110 physicians representing 26 specialties
is embarking on a joint-venture, state-of-the-art
sleep center with a local hospital
• As the largest clinic
in central Iowa, it partners with area hospitals
to serve nearly 20 communities with specialty and
primary care services
• The clinic has a vascular
center, women's center and recently opened the
first inflammatory bowel disease center in Iowa
• The clinic recently
performed the first robotic prostatectomy in Central
Iowa and the first robotic surgery in the state
