Description: Management Opportunity in the Outer Banks of North Carolina
Located near the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Elizabeth City offers a small town atmosphere combined with coastal living. Morrison is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City.

Responsibilities are to direct the functions of the clinical nutrition and patient services teams (such as nutrition assessment, nutrition counseling/consultation, performance improvement, management of labor and resources, patient satisfaction) in a 150 bed acute care hospital, in order to provide high quality nutritional care to patient. Job duties are based on established goals, objectives, standards, policies and procedures, business initiatives and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in facility contract and client expectation meetings. This position is responsible for achieving results through leading, directing, coaching, training and developing clinical team members. The Clinical Nutrition Manager ensures patient satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:
Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
Masters Degree, preferred
Two (2) to four (4) years of professional experience in health care as a Registered Dietitian with progressive growth in management of personnel and systems
