We are currently seeking an experienced Operations/Practice Manager to join the operations team in Montgomery, Alabama.

Primary Responsibilities:
The person selected for this position will assume responsibilities for operational performance for one or more of the West Region's most prestigious physician groups. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of a medical billing office, including accounts receivable management, reimbursement management, and payor relations performance standards.

Qualifications:
• Proven success in leadership, customer service and physician/client relationships
• Effective meeting management and presentation skills to large client groups
• Three (3) + years experience managing multiple clients, including two (2) years of physician practice management experience.
• Experience in managing medical billing and reimbursement and managed care contracts.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills
• Systems and software proficiency, including Excel.
• Demonstrated managerial achievement and technical knowledge.
• College degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
• Radiology, Anesthesiology, or Emergency Medical Practice Experience highly desired. Anesthesia experience preferred.
