Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Details: Director's responsibilities include representing the needs of the patient and their families to the hospital, creating/monitoring performance improvement initiatives, and actively seeking and mediating resolutions to concerns identified by patients.

The position manages the administration of the patient experience survey and is a champion of service excellence throughout Sinai Hospital. The Director is also responsible for the performance of the Volunteer Department through supervision of the Manager, Volunteers. The Director oversees patient satisfaction measurement, analysis and communicates this information to Management and the Executive Team.

Requirements: This highly visible position requires a Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years of experience; hospital experience highly preferred. Position also requires the highest level of customer service and communication skills, in order to meet the responsibilities to patients, their families and the hospital. Management experience a must; familiarity with state, federal and regulatory requirements a plus.
