POSITION SUMMARY: ModernMed is a rapidly growing company that is creating a new model for physicians to practice medicine. As our practice numbers continue to increase, we have the need for an Experienced Customer Service Manager to cultivate a customer driven, highly responsive, top quality customer service system which contributes to the acquisition, satisfaction and retention of customers. This position is new and joins our team of professionals who are building the company. The position is located in Scottsdale, AZ, and will require some travel. KEY COMPETENCIES: • Strong strategic and daily management skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism. • A pervasive attitude towards meeting customer needs. • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage priorities. • Excellent follow up skills are required and use of good judgment to independently resolve all customer related issues. • Desire to be a part of a dynamic team of physicians and staff. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Manages the customer service operations for physician practices • Deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact. • Develops, tracks and reports key performance measurements • Develops and implements process and procedures to improve efficiency. • Ensures that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled. • Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area required. Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service Manager role. Experience managing call centers and customer service policies. Those with experience in health care and/or the high-end/luxurious hospitality industries are encouraged to apply. Physical Characteristics: The candidate must be mobile and able to travel throughout the country. The work is performed in a well lit and well-ventilated environment when on site.
